Hands and nails are very significant parts of our body and we use them for almost everything. It is essential to give them regular care and keep them strong and healthy. Here are a few easy ways to keep those nails clean and strong:
->While watching television, moisturize your hands and nails with your favorite hand lotion. It's not only relaxing, it helps strengthen the nails.
->Keep your nails short, square shaped and slightly rounded at the top. Trim brittle nails after a bath or a 15-minute hand soak in bath oil. Then apply a moisturizer.
->Invest in a nail hardener, but avoid products containing toulene sulfonamide or formaldehyde. These chemicals can cause redness or irritate the skin.
->Repair splits or tears with nails glue or clear polish.
->Your nails are going o reflect what you eat. If you are living on fast food, don't expect your nails to be strong and healthy.
->Cuticles can need a little more attention, but go gently. They need to be pampered and dry cuticles also contribute to hang nails, so be sure to spend a little time on them daily.
-> Don't forget your toe nails. Keep them trimmed and wear socks with shoes and sneakers.
->Once a week soak your feet in warm water and Epsom salt then slowly scrub the surface of your toe nails with a soft brush. You must also gently push back toe nail cuticles with a cotton wrapped in a small stick or ear buds. Finish by rubbing moisturizer into your nails.
